Testimonials
“The City of Springfield is requesting that Triec Electrical Services,
Inc. be included on the list of electrical contractors for ODAS projects. The staff of the City’s Facilities Division
has worked with this local company for a number of years. We have found the company to always deliver the highest quality
work as well as schedule and complete City projects in a timely and efficient manner.
We have enjoyed a very favorable
relationship with Triec and would highly recommend them to others for electrical work. We look forward to working with them
on future City of Springfield projects and hope they will be included on your list of approved electrical contractors as well.”
Sincerely,
Steve Hazlett,
Facilities Manager, The City of Springfield
“I want to
express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for your employees with whom I had the pleasure of working with during the Town
& Country Early Childhood Center remodeling. The project was a long and difficult one (as with old buildings). Your employees
represented your company is a professional, helpful, informational manner.
Just thought you should know, from a
customer perspective, that you have very professional and customer pleasing employees.”

“This
letter is written on behalf of Triec Electrical Services, Inc. Triec was awarded an $854,000 electrical contact for a renovation/building
enlargement project at the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center in January 2005. In addition to the original contract, the
owner requested additional work that totaled $87,000, bringing the final amount paid to Triec to $941,000.
The
project was slated to take fourteen months and was substantially completed in March 2006. During the course of the project,
Triec (both company and employees) did an outstanding job. Their work performance is “top notch” and they set
the example of timely completion and follow-through. Their employees were always on the job site, and their project manager
was at every job meeting prepared. Finally, their response to warranty work is far beyond reasonable expectations. They responded
to every phone call with immediate action and follow-up, no questions asked.
Clark County has had a productive
working relationship with Triec Electric on this project as well as many other smaller projects with the same outcome; quality
work at an affordable price.”

“Emmanuel Christian Academy is proud to be in a new state
of the art, 78,000 square foot facility. Though the 8.5 million dollar project was designed and monitored by an architectural
firm out of Dayton, Ohio, it was nonetheless a design effort in order to keep our costs as low as feasible.
With
regard to the electrical planning, designing and installation, the school’s Building Committee requested using Triec
as our contractor of choice. The committee members had previous experience and relationship with the company. We were united
in a belief of their ability to perform. We were not wrong.
Triec did an excellent job in all of their facets
of responsibility including, lighting plan and layout, recommendations to the Building Committee, timeliness, coordination
with Kapp Construction (general contractor) and flexibility with change orders. With regard to change orders, there were many,
since the scope of the project changed part way through the project due to Emmanuel being blessed with additional funding
to further improve the final design of our great facility. Triec was very responsive to any changes, questions or concerns
that arose during the project.
Finally, Triec continues to be our contractor of choice for routine repair, maintenance
and upgrades to our facility. Their timely response and excellent performance continues to be appreciated.”

“Jay-Car Construction Company has had the pleasure of working with Triec Electrical Services over the past several
years and we count them as one of our valued subcontractors. As this is our 40th year in the general contracting business,
we are confidant that we can accurately evaluate the performance of subcontractors and Triec Electrical Services easily fist
into the top ranked group of those subcontractors.
The ability to maintain a project is of the essence and we have
always found Triec Electrical Services to be willing and able to meet our demands. We have worked with many of their
associates and find them all to have the same high standards of performance that we instill into our own employees.
Organizational issues are also easily handled by Triec’s office. They are adept at providing accurate payroll reports
on public work and the submittal process has always been trouble free. Also, as a design-build contractor, Triec Electrical
Services brings the added experience of value engineering to any existing project.
We have had the pleasure of
working on several multi-million dollar projects with Triec and have always been quite happy with the outcome. I hope you
will consider adding Triec to your vendor list.”

“As Senior Project Manager for the General Contractor
on the Clark County Juvenile Center Addition and Renovation, I had the pleasure of working closely with Triec Electric. Their
company was one of the prime contractors on this job, which required a great deal of scheduling and coordination among the
trades.
Their attitude of teamwork, professionalism and trade knowledge facilitated the progress of a difficult
project. Their willingness to go the extra mile to meet schedule was just one of the factors that contributed to a very pleased
client.
We would not hesitate to work with Triec Electric on future projects and would recommend them as an electrical
subcontractor.”

“Triec was the electrical contractor on our new building (112,000 s.f.) in 1999-2000 at Prime, Ohio. Their work
included the 13.2KV underground cable from the meter box, 1500 KVA transformer installation, and moving existing, and installing
new, secondary switchgear. Triec did all the lighting and lighting transformers for the shop and office and the power distribution
480/277 V. Including buss ducts. Triec handled all of the electrical work for our machine move including our presses,
welding and machining equipment. In addition to the electrical connection and interconnection, this involved a lot of controls
work.
They did an excellent job and never held up any other part of the job. I would use them again, without hesitation.”
